One cup of this flour provides one third of the required daily nutrition. At CI Haiti, we are fortunate to have a Chef on our board. Kelly Unger has introduced us to the miracle of bread fruit flour. On our recent trip to Haiti she met with the cooks at the school. Our goal is to add this flour to the school lunches served to the children. It will significantly improve their nutritional status and improve health . We hope to expand the distribution of this flour to the community in the near future. The cooks were given samples of the flour and are working on ways to incorporate this into their cooking. Can"t wait to taste the results in July! Thank you Kelly.
